{"id":448,"date":"2019-04-18T10:50:42","date_gmt":"2019-04-18T10:50:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/arts.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/?post_type=news&#038;p=448"},"modified":"2019-04-20T10:53:20","modified_gmt":"2019-04-20T10:53:20","slug":"aswan-university-organizes-a-conference-on-student-initiatives-of-sustainable-development-2030","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/arts.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/news\/aswan-university-organizes-a-conference-on-student-initiatives-of-sustainable-development-2030\/","title":{"rendered":"Aswan university organizes a conference on student initiatives of sustainable development 2030"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Under the patronage of prof: Khaled Abd Al Ghaffar \u2013minister of higher education,Dr:Hala Saied \u2013minister of planning, and Dr:Yasmeen Foad\u2013minister of environment \u00a0Aswan University will organize a conference on student initiatives of sustainable development 2030 on Saturday 20\/4\/2019 and lasts for two days.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof: Ahmed Ghalab, Aswan university president stated that the conference aims at demonstrates the role of youth in achieving the goals of sustainable development and empowers them to do that role, in addition to embrace student initiatives and events which contributes to embed a culture of creativity and innovation and support initiatives of developing all sectors of infrastructure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>He added: the conference also aims at emphasis the role of universities and civil society to strengthen the government efforts in achieving the goals and objectives of sustainable development and give the attention to youth projects thereby enhancing the concept of sustainable development. \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>From her side, prof: Hanan Abd Almoneam Awad \u2013the university vice president for education and student affairs and the conference chairman added: there are four main axes the conference is addressing \u00a0\u00a0which are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of roads and transportation and communication in sustainable development.<\/li>\n<li>The role of sports as an effective tool for enhancing the goals of development.<\/li>\n<li>The role of industry in achieving sustainability and increase growth and job creation.<\/li>\n<li>The role of media as an essential partner raising awareness of sustainable development goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>She indicates that a selection of distinct speakers will participate in the conference including: Dr: Hussein Abaza \u2013the consultant of minister of planning,Dr:Tayei Abd Allateef- the consultant of minister of higher education for student activities,Dr Sobhy Hassanain \u2013first deputy of the Egyptian union of \u00a0universities,Dr:Gamal Esmaeil \u2013vice manager of chemical industries company Kima Aswan ,Dr:Hesham Algayoshy-secretary general of the Egyptian athletic union of universities \u00a0,Dr:Emad Adly \u2013head of the Egyptian forum of sustainable development ,Dr,Major-General:Mohamed Basheer ,former chairman of naval academy in Aswan,Dr:Mohamed Nada,the lecturer at Naser military academy,Dr:Samy Abd Alaziz -,former dean of faculty of mass \u00a0communication ,and the media professionals:Zain Alabdeen Khalifa ,Zainab Moustafa Aldarby ,the researcher at \u00a0Aswan faulty of engineering :Ayman Ragab \u00a0,the young inventor: Abd Alrahman Omran-the student in Arab academy of science and technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Under the patronage of prof: Khaled Abd Al Ghaffar \u2013minister of higher education,Dr:Hala Saied \u2013minister of planning, and Dr:Yasmeen Foad\u2013minister of environment \u00a0Aswan University will organize a conference on student initiatives of sustainable development 2030 on Saturday 20\/4\/2019 and lasts for two days.
