In the attendance of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed– President of Aswan University, participated in the activities of the training program for members of the Supreme Council of Universities, organized by the National Academy for Training during the period from 11 to 15 March, with the participation of a number of university presidents .
The minister stressed the importance of the pivotal role that the National Training Academy plays in qualifying young people and refining their skills, pointing to the need for a cooperation between it and universities through a joint cooperation protocol and exchange of experiences in the fields of training and building capacity.
Abdul Ghaffar added that the training programs are the basic nucleus of the desired development process, directing the necessity to activate such programs in universities to promote researchers, academic staff and all members of the academic community, and qualify them through various training programs, explaining that such programs aim to develop various skills, in the light of the learning process is continues, and does not stop at a certain limit or age.
Dr. Ahmed Ghallab-President of Aswan University, indicated that the program aims to increase the development of capabilities and skills in line with the state’s vision in training, in order to be able to carry out strong and effective participation to reach to the comprehensive development in the society and Egypt Vision 2030.
