Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Osman,Aswan University President, received the formed committee of arts sector at the Supreme Council of Universities which includes:Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Sherbiny El-Sayed, former Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Ali Abdel-Fattah, Dean of the Nile Basin Institute, Fayoum University, and Prof. Dr. Attia Mahmoud Mohamed El-Tantawy, Dean of the Faculty of Higher African Studies, Cairo University. The visit comes to examine the capabilities and human and material resources of the Faculty of Al-Alsun at the university, in the presence of Dr. Hazem Al-Jamal, Dean of the College, and Dr. Amin Salah Al-Din, acting as Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.
Prof. Ayman Osman,Aswan University President, stated that the sector’s committee inspected the capabilities of the faculty such as studying halls, library, offices of academic staffs and administrative apparatus.
Dr. Hazem Al-Jamal ,Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, also reviewed the most important achievements of the faculty since the opening of the faculty at the academic year 2012-2022 until now including creating Languages and Translation Center recently, pointing out that the committee praised the humanitarian and material capabilities that are available at the faculty.
