The Information Technology Unit at the Faculty of Arts seeks to activate information technology services at the faculty level to support the educational process and provide technical services to academic staff, assistant staff, employees, students, and researchers. The unit strives to update hardware and software in the college and offer technical help to all users while resolving device and network issues. Additionally, in coordination with the University Network and Management Information System, the unit aims to oversee the upkeep and updating of the college’s computers and printers and to run and activate the e-mail service for academic staff, students, and postgraduate research participants.
