Aswan university has organized a cultural competition on the various literary fields to discover the talents of the new students in the different faculties.
Prof:Ahmed Ghalab ,Aswan university president ,stated that the competition aims to discover the students’ talents and demonstrating their skills and encourage them to participate in the students activities.
Dr:Hanan AbdelMonea’m ,university’s vice president for education and students affairs ,added that the competition has included the students’ literary and cultural participations such as :poetry,short story,and lyrics.the winners will be stepped up to the higher contests at the level of Egyptian universities .she declared that the literary participations of the contestants have been evaluated by an arbitration committee from the department of Arabic literature in the faculty of arts and included:Dr:Refaey Yousef Abdelhafez,and Dr:Mai Esmail Mohamed ,Arabic literature teacher.
