Aswan University achieves advanced place in replying citizens’ complaints

Prof.Ahmed Ghalab Mohamed-  Aswan University President stated that within the framework of communicating with citizens and responding to complaints promptly, Aswan University achieved an advanced position among the Egyptian universities. The report of the Unified Governmental Complaints System in the Council of Ministers also mentioned during a detailed report on complaints registered on the system, within  January 2021 in various educational, medical and societal sectors.

Dr. Ahmed Ghallab added that through the university’s electronic system and direct communication with the unified government complaints system in the Council of Ministers, we are working to find solutions and respond to all complaints received by the university from January 2011 to February 2021, performance measurement indicators came in terms of  the total number of complaints 262 individual complaints, and 200 collective complaints 62 of the total complaints executed 262 with a completion rate of 100% and included complaints by 247 citizens,  from 11 government agencies, 2 civil society and 1 residents, and complaints completion indicators from January to December 2020, where the total number of complaints reached 83, 66 individual complaints and 17collective complaints  from the total of 83 executed complaints, and this comes according to the report of the unified governmental complaints system in the Council of Ministers.
