Aswan University: Art Gallery includes 44 paintings under the slogan of ”Students Without Discrimination”

Today, on Thursday, Prof. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed-Aswan University President witnessed the art gallery within the events of the initiative of ”Students Without Discrimination”  at the campus in Sahary, the initiative is held in cooperation with Aswan University , Future Association for Development, and Coptic Evangelical Organization under the title of culture conversation forum and this participation with civil society foundations that work on spreading the awareness and developing the community under the supervision of Dr. Magdi Muhammad Ali, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, in the presence of Dr. Nasser Abdul Razzaq Muhammad, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Dr. Sally Hariri- Head of the Art Education Department, Dr. Iman Al-Jamal and the Auxiliary Authority of the Faculty of Specific Education.

Prof. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed-Aswan University President emphasized the importance of art in nourishing the soul and working on spreading its creations throughout student participation and drawing paintings that express the correlation and that maximize such noble principles as fraternity, equality and rejection of extremism, violence, fanaticism and tribalism inside the ways of the university life with its different forms, and working on eliminating the forms of discrimination by using art among all.

Dr. Magdy Mohamed Ali, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development added that participates in that initiative from Aswan University: Faculties of Physical Education, of Education, Specific Education, and central youth welfare administration as well as the initiative targets to activate the role of the youth and aware them with the necessity of facing all forms of discrimination and works on spreading the awareness of accepting the other.

Dr. Nasser Abdul Razzaq Muhammad, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education indicated that the gallery is held under the auspice of Prof.Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President and this for melting the differences and working on the correlating  and that is what have been embodied by the participated paintings in the art gallery that is organized by the department of art education in the Faculty of Specific Education. Dr. Sally Hariri- Head of the Art Education Department explained the gallery includes 44 art paintings contain oil photographing,  the industry of textile and some of portraits from the porcelain designs that hold the artistic principles that express the initiative of ”Students Without Discrimination”.
