Aswan University Delegation Wins First Places At The Institute of Leadership Development In Helwan

The delegation of Academic staff assistants at Aswan University that won the first places, dedicate the winning to Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman_ Acting President of Aswan University, which was achieved by the university delegation in the General Commander preparation course, which was held with participation of Academic Staff  assistants in Egyptian universities at the headquarters of the Institute for Leadership Development at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from Saturday 21st  August 2021 to Tuesday 24th  August  2021, which is: The first place in the cultural competition, which was with the participation of all the delegation, namely Ayman Adly Qadry – assistant lecturer at Faculty of Social Work, Yasmine Ali Mohamed – teaching assistant at Faculty of Law, Mahmoud Saad Abdel-Rida Adam – Teaching Assistant at Faculty of Agriculture, Ahmed Raslan Mohamed Ahmed – Teaching Assistant at Faculty of Agriculture, and Ahmed Osama Abdel-Fattah – Assistant Lecturer at Faculty of Law.

In addition to that the first place in the article competition for the assistant lecturer/ Ahmed Osama Al-Qadi for his article “The Triangle of Law, Governance and rational management”, as well as his distinguished participation with a theatrical performance, as well as the football competition, whereas Mr/ Mahmoud Saad Abdel-Radhi_ teaching assistant_ represented the university in the winning team with first `     place.

Prof. Ayman Othman congratulated the participating delegation for their distinction and achieving the first three places in the article, football, and cultural competition. The participation comes within the framework of the state’s interest for youth and works to strengthen belonging and loyalty to serve the country.

For his part, Dr. Abdel- Moneim Al-Jilani added that the inaugural session started with the attendance of Prof. Randa Mostafa – Undersecretary of the Senate Education Committee, and Prof. Rajab Mejahid – Adviser to the Slum Development Fund. Then the program included many lectures, meetings, and workshops, in which the number of trainers and attendees reached more than 15 lecturers, where there were public lectures, in which the Islamic preacher Sheikh / Mostafa Hosni lectured and spoke about the noble leader and Dr. Michael Rashid – founder of Zatouna channel, who dealt with charisma, and also Prof. Salah Abdel-Samie – consultant and international expert, where he tackled the topic of the creative leader And he tried to develop an ethical charter for the participants from the Academic staff through a workshop. The program dealt with many workshops, in which the trainees were divided into five groups on emotional intelligence and strategic management (strategic planning for institutions management), and on the other hand, a variety of sports, cultural and artistic activities were implemented. All the trainees participated in it. At the end of the program, certificates for the course were distributed, as well as certificates for the distinguished activities, Prof. Karim Hammam, Director of the Institute, confirmed that this program is the first for Academic Staff assistants, and other programs will follow it.
