Today, on Sunday, Prof.Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President met Students Federation Council with its electing form for the academic year 2020/2021 and this the first meeting since its election and this in the campus at Sahari in the attendance of Mohamed Youssef Siam-Students Union President and his Vice, heads of the committees and their assistants at the union.
Prof. Ahmed Ghallab congratulated the new members of the union for their winning in Marathon of elections in all honesty and transparency, wishing for them success and luck, and carrying the responsibility that they have taken upon themselves as being link between students and the administration of faculty in order to provide all their needs, confirming the university is a supporter for all student activities and stands behind the students’ interests in the first place.
Dr. Ahmed Ghallab added that during the council the future plan of the council’s work during and after exception- leave has been discussed by the Supreme Council of Universities within ramifications of corona virus crisis, directing to move forward in implementing all their various activities through the social -distancing” online”, as a commitment to the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities and non violated them for keeping the safety of all.
Prof.Ahmed Ghallab indicated to the importance of communication and positive interaction through the distance learning and e-learning platforms between the administration of the faculty and students, work to overcome the obstacles that face students electronically. Student Union President and his council offered thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President and the administration of university for their entire support to the council of union by carrying out all student activities online with applying all the precautionary measures.
