Aswan University’s preparations for the coordination process for high school students

Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman– Acting of Aswan University President stated that Aswan University has opened its doors since yesterday, Saturday, to receive high school students and their parents at the university’s electronic coordination labs and its various faculties in coincides with the launching of the first stage of coordination for this year with the applying of all precautionary measures and providing all equipment and preparations to receive coordination work at the university

For his part, Aswan University President added that the first stage of coordination has been launched since yesterday, Saturday to August 21, with the end of the first stage of coordination on August 25; the minimum coordination for the admission to universities( first stage) is 88.4% scientific science, 80% scientific Maths, and 65, 7% for the literary division

Dr. Mohamed Eid– Director of the Information Center and Communications Network at the university, explained that coordination labs have been prepared at the Information Center and Communications Network on the 4th floor of the Training Center (ICTC)
in preparation for electronic coordination work for high school students.

The most important instructions for electronic coordination:

-Making sure to wear a medical mask before entering the coordination lab

-It’s not allowed the entry of parents in the coordination office; only students.

-The student must bring the required documents for the coordination process, which are:

-ID card, and the success certificate of the general secondary school.

This comes within the framework of the university’s interest to maintain students’ safety and facilitate the coordination process in light of the high temperature in Aswan.
