-Having Arabic Nationality.
-Having an excellent reputation.
-Being a fresh batch member (affiliation-regularity).
-Having student participation in the field of the nominated committee that has been documented in the faculty or institution, except for the first batch-
-He had never previously been subjected to criminal penalties, freedom restrictions, or dishonorable subjects.
-He must not be a member of any terrorist organization or system that breaks the law.

Request for nomination from the youth welfare office (personal image-ID card copy-election program)
